When I first investigated getting aircon at home I looked on the Daikin site and looked for their partners locally and these guys came up. I sent them my requirements and they responded pretty much same day with a thorough quote with a clear breakdown of the solution. They quickly responded to questions and then validated the solution with a site visit. I had to sort out a new circuit which took a while and they didn’t harass at all. Communications have always been prompt and clear. On installation they started by covering the floors and all the furniture in plastic. The installation of the indoor units was done very neatly without much fuss and everything was cleaned up at the end. I didn’t have to do any further cleaning afterwards – something I was worried about. They fitted 5 units and that took the whole day up to about 8pm. They were keen not to disrupt me another day and got the internals completed leaving everything tidy and clean.
The work outside took the majority of the next two days. Everything very neat with the piping and electrics all concealed in trunking. The guys were all very pleasant. The installation all seems to work very well, so I am currently very pleased. My only area of concern would be the lack of certification on the electrics though I think this is true of all or most aircon installers. My electrician put in the new circuit and this is certified, but the connection to the external unit is not covered. It would be good to get this bit tidied up.
