Prime Air AC completed a residential Daikin multi-split air-conditioning installation at a family home in Northwood.
The client wanted an efficient, discreet and stylish solution that would provide year-round heating and cooling across several rooms while minimising the number of outdoor units required.
Following a detailed survey, we designed a Daikin multi-split system combining Stylish wall-mounted units with Perfera floor-standing units. The different indoor-unit styles allowed us to select the most suitable solution for the layout and available wall space in each room.
Daikin Stylish wall-mounted units were chosen for their slim, contemporary design, quiet operation and excellent energy efficiency. In areas where high-level wall mounting was unsuitable, Daikin Perfera floor-standing units provided an attractive and practical alternative.
Multiple indoor units were connected to a single outdoor condenser, helping to maintain a neat exterior appearance while allowing each room to be controlled independently.
The installation included all refrigerant pipework, condensate drainage, electrical interconnections, controls, pressure testing and full system commissioning. The work was carefully planned and completed with minimal disruption to the household.
The completed system provides comfortable temperatures throughout the home in every season, while complementing the property’s interior and exterior appearance.
